"I had winterized my above ground pool in September. Everything seemed fine. In late OctoberI noticed the water level had dropped a tad, so I added water and it seemed fine. At the end of November the water level dropped again and I knew I had a leak. My biggest problem was getting a new liner installed in my above ground pool with winter just around the corner. I found Sunrise Swimming Pools through Home Advisor, explained my situation and was told not to worry a new liner could be installed. Henry came out two days later, measured the pool, had me choose the pattern of the liner and came out the following week, as promised. Henry and Eduardo arrived at 8am, moved the deck back, removed the top rim, skimmer and return valve, removed the old liner, regarded the sand, installed the new liner, using a heater to keep it flexible, vacuumed the air out between the liner and the walls, added water to the level where they could reinstall the skimmers and return valve and with water level 1/3 up the pool, replaced the deck. At 4pm they were done. All I had to do was shut the water off when it reached the winter level and put the winter pillow and cover back on. I was impressed with how they worked, how they carefully and systematically removed all the parts, and once the old liner was removed, how they carefully regraded the sand both inside and outside the pool, to assure there would be no wrinkles in the new liner....and there weren’t. I thought I would loose my pool this winter, who would have thought that a new pool liner could be installed in December....but these professionals did it. Henry is a professional who knows what he’s doing and his work is exceptional. He told me he would be there for the day, that he would not leave until the job was completed and he remained true to his word. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to replace their liner or needs work on their pool. His price was reasonable and it was evident that he took great pride in the work he did."

"I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! Itâ s given us a lot of joy this summer with friends and family. You can tell the owners really care about how their store is represented and that they care about the quality of their work. We (like several other families) decided to build our pool during quarantine in 2020. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."
