"Bob has done numerous projects for our old house over the years mainly carpentry, and most recently to replace cedar siding on a large area of the house. Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. Because of this history, we have a lot of trust that Bob will do an excellent job at whatever project he accepts. "

"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Beto (Humberto Morais) Beto built a staircase and replaced and my home soffits. He explained the work he was doing and completed the work on the exact days he told me. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. I have already received complements on the work he has done and the looks of it. The price was very reasonable also. Beto was extremely polite, professional and pleasant working in his job. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Howard is a master at his trade. He repaired a broken frame on a leaded glass barrister bookcase and referred me to a colleague for repair of the broken glass and bent lead. He is now repairing broken hinges on a Martha Washington sewing cabinet. Howard is patient and thorough. He's the best!"

"After Fernando removed old flooring, he found hard-to-remove glue on the subfloor. He took time to carefully remove the old glue using a hot gun. Everything he did was done thoughtfully and meticulously. After new flooring was installed, he choose to return to improve one detail, so everything would be done perfectly. Fernando is honest and pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him."
