Eagle Fence was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. Once we agreed to the price and conditions they scheduled us for the install and had the job completed within days. We were very impressed with the quality job the did on the install and how respectful they were of our property, irrigation system and landscaping. They cleaned up after themselves and other than a great looking fence you would never know they were here. Thank you!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company based on reviews to have them rebuild my fence. Team came in around 4pm on 4/4 and worked until 8pm. They blindly tore the ground with no attention to irrigation placement and broke a water pipe. The company of course offers no support and denies accountability for this. No one on the crew spoke English and there was no supervisor on scene and their office closed at 5pm. When I called and asked to speak to a manaager, I was hung up on.

Eagle Fence was very competitive price wise and appeared to have great customer service from start to finish. The fence is good quality and looks great! Eagle Fence responded quickly to two issues that I had with the fence before they received the final payment. I did not head the warning other reviewers left I believed the reply’s from Eagle Fence defending themselves from the accusations. DO NOT pay Eagle Fence the last payment until your inspection has passed. I made the mistake of paying Eagle Fence what they were owed in good faith as I felt I had been treated very well up to that point and if my fence did not pass inspection they would stand by their work. I couldn’t have been more wrong. My fence failed inspection on 1/18/23 to which Eagle Fence is completely aware as Nikki with Eagle Fence said I would contacted in the event the inspection failed. This fence is meant to be the primary barrier for my pool that is being built at the same time. My permit has now expired and Eagle Fence refuses to come fix there work my double gate door which will not close lock and latch under its own power per Cape Coral City code. My pool can not be finished and Eagle Fence refuses to respond to my emails and if I call all I get from the desk lady is “yes sir we will send someone out”. It is now April and nothing has been done nor have I gotten any response from anyone with any authority at Eagle Fence. I do not recommend anyone use this company as they have no morals or ethics once they get there money they are out. I paid over nine thousand dollars to have a fence built to the City of Cape Coral’s code. I now have a 9k hole burnt in my pocket an illegal fence and a 70k hole in my backyard they can not be finished. Again I DO NOT recommend anyone use this fence company they will cheat you if they can.

Came out very fast for a quote and were very reasonably priced. They fixed our vinyl fence that was blown over in the hurricane. They did a great job and only took the workers a few hours and our fence looks good as new again

I was very pleased with the repair of my aluminum fence after Hurricane Ian damages. Eagle Fencing did a great job from start to finish! I had good communication with the ladies in the office and my two installers were the best! Raul and Carlos did a FINE JOB for me! They were neat and very careful workers. They were very business-like and they worked so hard. My fence looks great! I really liked how they put the gate on my fence. They custom-make it according to the slope in your grass. I felt the pricing was very fair. No price-gouging after the hurricane. I will definitely be using this fencing company for any future fencing needs. I highly recommend them!

Eagle Fence did a great job replacing my fencing that was destroyed in Hurricane Ian. The materials are high quality and the installation team was very talented at installing it. They encountered some underground piping that was in the way and creatively found a way to work around it and still provide the look of the fencing I wanted. Highly recommend Eagle Fence!

Stay away from this company. My experience mirrors that of a prior reviewer. I hired them to install a fence on my property. A large part of the fence they installed was damaged and scratched. After 5 attempts to repair the fence, they have been unable to correct the issues. Instead, they caused further damage. A portion of the fence is now no longer level with the rest. Other portions are still scratched and damaged. Instead of correcting the shoddy workmanship, the owner of the company has demanded that I make the final payment and threatened to remove the fence if I do not. In my communications with him owner, he has been completely unwilling to accept responsibility and correct and complete the work to a proper standard. I would choose another company if I could go back.

I do not recommend Eagle Fence, when they repaired my fence they removed my pavers without asking me first. They also spray painted my pavers. I was inside my house during the repairs and they did not even let me know they were at the property. Good thing my 2 dogs were not in the backyard because they may have tried to escape. The manager admitted they did not have permission to remove the pavers and admitted fault. She also mentioned they should have let me know they were at my property prior to doing the repairs. When I asked them to help resolve the issue they said the owner would not pay for the repairs. The damage to my pavers will cost me more than the repairs to the fence. I completely regret hiring them and should have looked for other options. If you hire them to do a job good luck with getting them to pay for any damages. There are many other companies in the area that I would hire instead of dealing with a company like this.

Everything was great from when we signed the contract to when it was completed. It came out great, we would definitely recommend using them.

The Eagle Fence team was very patient with me! The county was not doing their part and Eagle did the very best they could with the whole process. The fence looks amazing! The entire neighborhood has stopped by to take a look and compliment the workmanship.

They came in and got it done in one day. The left side of 10 ft gate did not have a way to secure it open. When closed, it was easy to push in because the latch did not hold. There was no way to put a chain around the two gates. When half open the end was about 2 ft off the ground and the only thing that would hold open it was the recycle bin on one side and the trash bin on the other side. I had to do this every time I wanted to access the back yard. After less than 6 months the plastic connection ripped off the gate. There was no support inside of the thin plastic gate upright for the eight tiny screws to bite into. Eagle said they had to eliminate the gate support to stay price competitive. Eagle said it was my fault and wanted $300 to fix it. I also complained that the decorative caps were falling off the tops of the fence posts because they were not glued on. The snappy receptionist/customer service person told me they did not use glue because it "discolored the fence". Lastly, they left the plastic scraps, stones, concrete slop and dirt clumps for me to clean up.

On Dec 15, 2021, Eagle fence workers came to remove, haul away the old wood fence, and install a new 6’ white PVC fence. Cost $7,000.00, half to start and have at the end. They started at 8am and worked 12 hours continuously to finish the job in one day. In the morning we find out that the backyard was a mess with pieces of the old wood fence, rocks, and piles of dirt over the grass. We went to the office to put a complaint, but according to the ladies working there, we should expect that. The final inspection from the city was done and we paid the balance. On Dec 20 the strong winds in the area moved out a few posts, they were loose and misaligned with see through openings. We notified immediately Eagle Fence, a week later, someone came to take pictures and promise to send someone to fix and repair. We check all the posts, there was not visible concrete at the bottom, and they were waggling. We called Eagle Fence many times. First, they tried to charge us $75.00. Finally, they realized the bad installation and promise to send an engineer to evaluate the problem. The installation was cover by the warranty. I asked them to call me before they arrive because I wanted to be present. They never called. My door camera shows that on Jan 19, 2022, at 8:00am same guys that made the installation came to my house, no one at home, they went into the backyard and supposedly fix the fence. We hope this time it last more than a week.

After numerous recommendations from people in our community, we contracted with Eagle Fence to install an aluminum fence around our backyard. There were a few hiccups with our ARC through our HOA, but beyond that and permitting, Eagle was out and our fence and gates were installed within a week! We love it! They know what they're doing, they're professional, and the business runs like a well-oiled machine. Sharon and Nikki have been excellent points of contact!

After speaking to multiple fence companies Eagle Fence was 1.) actually responded back with a quote 2.) had competitive prices 3.) and the gentleman who put the fence up where nice, responsive to my concerns and finished promptly when they said they would. Highly recommend this company
