"We had had someone else come out who was unable to get through whatever was blocking our sewer line, causing raw sewage to back up into our home! Jeff was very honest and clear about what he would do and what he might be able to accomplish. He arrived quickly since this was kind of an emergency and within 30 minutes he was able to break through the roots, etc that was blocking the line. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Would definitely call him again and would refer him to others."

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."

"They are extremely expensive. They understand when you call, it is emergency, and they take an advantage of it. I had them clear the drainage from the laundry pipe and replaced a old pipe that connected to the sink. They charged me over $740 for less than one hour of work."

"Van was able to fix our clog completely within 60-90 minutes and also replaced some broken pipes leading from our sink to the wall. He gave us some advice about how to care for our pipes, and also cleaned up the greasy mess that came splattering out of the wall.
