"We were without water about 7 am. By 4 pm that day, we had a new pump, the system was flushed, the pressure tank regulated to the right pressure. Turning on the faucets produced lots of clear water from the first. The serviceman, Nick, knew what he was doing, and cheerful even having to work 10 ft below grade in tight spaces, which is how our old installation was done."

"Was happy with their work for the water heater replacement. Was charged $50 more than quoted, but was supposed to take care of a couple of other issues so not a deal breaker. Forgot to have the tools on the truck to clear a drain and fix my shower, so promised to return the following week. Never showed when scheduled (I had taken an additional day off work to be there). Wouldn't return my call or text. I'd recommend them, but don't pay them fully until all work is complete."

"We hired Pedro's team for a lengthy list of punch list items in our condo. There were many things left unfinished in the finished basement by the original developer and Pedro quickly reviewed our open items and make suggestions. He was very responsive to our requests and took new requests in stride as things were uncovered. His team is very clean and does quality work. We never felt like we were getting the runaround and we were never pressured to do any more work than was necessary. Pedro was upfront with all costs and let us know if any of our changes would add additional cost. I'd recommend Crystal Construction for any job large or small."
