"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"It went great. They showed up right on time. Cleaned up neatly each day. Final job was clean, neat and efficient. They did masterbedroom, two other bedrooms and a downstairs family room. I was replacing noisy window units. Huge difference."

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."
