"We had an old water pump in our basement that seized up and created a water emergency. When I called Bergeron Drain Pro and Well Service after 5 pm, my phone call was returned right away and Derrick came to our home to check the situation. "We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain."
