They painted and re-organized the garage. They installed Anderson windows in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms They repaired a walking shower, came up with a clever solution for an uncomfortable shower system. Likewise, they installed electrical outlets and lighting in the living rooms and painted 3 rooms with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. I like their working style and their ingenuity. Brad Moreau quoted me a price that was within my budget, and he stuck to it. He suggested options that added to the beauty of the project such as a stunning vaulted tongue and groove ceiling and pocket doors for the closets to save space. I was very specific that I needed the project to start in the spring and finish before the cold weather, and he was right on time. He hired sub-contractors for the foundation, heating/cooling, electricity and carpeting, and every one of them did an amazing job in a timely manner. All the workers were pleasant and conscientious about the job. I would definitely recommend hiring Bradford Builders for any construction project, and intend to hire them again in the future for other projects that I have planned."

"Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
