"My house, porch deck and bulkhead needed painting. I received 6 quotes for the job. Universal was the 3rd lowest or about in the middle. I choose them because they had an excellent proposal that was very through and complete. Also when talking with Andre he gave me confidence that his crew could do a professional job. Because they could not start for almost one month from the date I accepted their proposal, they very very flexible about the deposit. Once they began the job they were very professional. Their prep was painstaking because they put so much into it. They certainly didn't skimp with the preparation. Once they started painting their crew did a meticulous job working very hard. My house, porch and bulkhead look fantastic. Andre was often here to check on the progress of the job and answer any concerns or comments that I had.
