As my house is an old house and nothing makes sense, it took a while to find the shut off. It ended up being buried inside a closet inside a hole in the wall. Ed is reliable, trustworthy, conscientious, reasonable and friendly. As long as Ed is in business, I will never ever have to worry about being taken advantage of and know that I am well taken care of in terms of plumbing and heating.
I highly recommend Ed to anyone looking for a plumber, etc.

It was extremely favorable. I had a burst pipe and he came out right away to isolate the problem. Because it was after hours, he tried to save me some money by just sort of stopping the leak and he came back during normal working hours the next day and fixed the burst pipe and replaced it. I was appreciated about his timeliness and responsiveness. I think he is extremely reliable and responsive. He is reasonably priced and seems very knowledgeable about plumbing and heating.
