"I recently used Big Family Movers, LLC for a three-family home move. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding! The booking process with Gabriel was seamless. Gabriel provided a clear, transparent estimate with no hidden fees. On moving day, they arrived right on schedule and worked quickly and efficiently. In closing I would like to add that Gabriel also contacted us during the move to make sure that everything was going smoothly, and on schedule. I tell everyone and I mean everyone I know that if they ever need a mover, Big Family Movers, LLC is the company they should seek out for any job; top notch owner, employees and service providers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for stress-free, professional movers! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but, you will just have to take my word for it, you won’t regret it!!"

"It went great. Omar was very responsive, quick and accommodating. He also went above and beyond by helping me move a grand piano upstairs. The process was very challenging because the stair case was tight and narrow. He and his co-worker was helping him out. It took them both several hours to get it down but it all got taken care of and they never charged us any additional fees for that."

"I had to reschedule with them a couple of times, and they were always available accommodating with changing the date. I was always able to reach the company. They got move done in allotted time, and were very professional."

"Mass Bay Movers did an awesome job. Their three guys showed up at the schedule time and were very promotional. They were moving a 100 year old piano from Westwood to the Cape. They carefully wrapped the piano to protect it and delivered it in perfect condition. They then moved an electric piano from the Cape to Westwood. Thank you, Carole"

"I can’t say enough about how well this crew took care of us. Super long day, combining two houses into one, and a complicated piano move. They worked for about 9 hours and kept smiling the whole time. In addition the moving coordinator, Michelly, was on site to make sure they had all the needed supplies and to ensure things went smoothly. Highly recommended!!"

"Very well. Someone from the company came to my home to measure the piano and see if it would fit down the stairs, which it did, saving me the expense of having to use a crane. The movers were friendly, professional and hard- working. I was amazed by how fast they got the job done. They carefully wrapped everything and all my possessions arrived without any damage.
