Everything went very well. The movers were professional and courteous, arrived on time, and completed the job quickly without causing any damages. I'd highly recommend their services.

It turned out pretty well. The guys worked hard. I spoke to the owner and asked him if he wanted to come out and kind of assess the job and he had said no. He was comfortable with it and I had a couple of pieces that were in my basement that I was concerned if they were able to remove or not and he ended up coming out. In the end, one of them was a big problem and so the guys ended up go another route and probably spent like an extra hour. I was a little bit disappointed that there wasn’t more analysis upfront based on what the job would take and in the end, I think it took a lot longer than all of us thought. It wasn’t that they didn’t work hard. They were good guys. They did everything I asked. I think that the upfront analysis could have been better and we would all have been prepared. The guys that worked here did a great job. They came on time. The upfront analysis was poor.

The contractor came to the storage place on time. Moved the goods to his truck promptly. Then started to negotiate the contract that his company had agreed to and we had a copy of it. He wanted to charge a gasoline surcharge, even though it was included in the price. Ten minutes of arguing later he agreed. He wanted 60% of the contract price at the time of pick up instead of 50%.
He also wanted to charge 3-5% credit card fee. The credit card fee was never mentioned earlier. So we had to go to a bank and get cash for him. He also did not want to give us a credit for the coupon which was on the contract. Finally he agreed to give the discount at the time of delivery.
Then the contractor very efficiently delivered the goods in 48 hours.
However, they refused to bring the goods to the house. The driver did not want to move the goods more than 75 feet to the home.

The movers arrived early, which was great. They worked quickly and were pretty careful. I've definitely hired movers in the past who were a little more cautious about the furniture and walls and such, but these guys were fine.
At the end, they added a charge for gas. I was surprised by this because I hired them using a pre-purchased Deal and there was no mention of additional charges, including gas. I paid it in the end but wasn't happy to have that sprung on me.

They were great! They were very flexible and willing to do something a little different and were very in creative moving the furniture. They were easy to work with, professional and a great service.

We had an Angie's List deal, so we paid $150 for three hours of moving. My only complaint is that the company charges for "travel time" before and after your actual move---but that's the rule with movers these days, rather than the exception.
The guys themselves were great, professional and fast. I managed to lose the piece of paper with their names---Edgar, Julio, and one other guy, I think. If you have a bigger job, and you want movers that will pad and cushion your furniture, these guys are the way to go. Even better if you live in Brighton or nearby, as the travel time won't be as much.

Overall it went quite well. With an arrival window from 12 noon to 2pm, the 3 man moving team arrived at 11:30am and completed the move in a little over 2 hrs. The quote was pretty accurate which included travel time from their facility to my apartment and return to facility from my condo. The only little surprise was getting billed for the use of rooks of tape that was used to secure the blankets places around the furniture. The move was from a 3rd floor apartment into a 2 story condo. There was no damage and clean up was good. the workers were polite and the lead was professional and courteous. I also gave them a tip which was well deserved.

The mover showed up a little late but e like I said they were very efficient and caring with the furniture. They arrived at the\new apartment and were very fast unpacking the truck. Even though were stuck in the elevator for a 1/2 hour they were very professional.

We employed Boston Quality Movers because of an Angie's List coupon that
we purchased. Overall, we were very pleased with the service during the
move itself. The movers were efficient and respectful, even though they
were a bit later than we had originally been told. We had some
difficulties in our communications with the central office, but that
seems to have been because they were training some new people (very
understandable).

Really great. nothing broken, scratched, dented, or missing. Great crew of experienced movers, efficiently moved packed and moved everything as a team. Nice touches: they moved our fridge out and brought up the landlords fridge from the basement and set it up. Laid our rugs down. Took apart the couch to get it out of the apt. and reassembled it in the new house.

It was very easy making the arrangements for the move. The movers were very professional and accommodating. They took apart a platform bed with drawers and put it back together again when they arrived at the house. Both movers made sure that all of the furniture was placed where I wanted it to go. The only issue was that they were late - about 2 hours past the time that had been quoted to me and I had to keep checking as to when they would be arriving since no one called to tell me that they were running late. But once they arrived everything went extremely well and I would definitely use them again.

Very well. Someone from the company came to my home to measure the piano and see if it would fit down the stairs, which it did, saving me the expense of having to use a crane. The movers were friendly, professional and hard- working. I was amazed by how fast they got the job done. They carefully wrapped everything and all my possessions arrived without any damage.

I had an Angie's List coupon for 50% off, which seemed like a good deal, especially given that they had a good overall rating. So I hired them to move my ex to her new place across town. I had to pay a bit extra because the coupon only covered two men, but given the travel time to Marlborough, it seemed like a third man would be worth it for $30, and it was.
I had an arrival window from them of 12-2, and they arrived at about 1:20. At my request, they called a half hour before arriving. They were professional and careful, not to mention quick. They had everything out of the house faster than I'd expected; they wrapped the mattress with plastic, which turned out to cost an extra $10, which I hadn't know about, but was reasonable. The unloading also went very well, they put everything where we asked them, and even helped me reassemble her bed.
The additional cost was a bit confusing, but finally got things straightened out and my overall cost was less than it would have been for two men and a truck, had I not had a coupon ($300).

The movers were actual a little early for our 2pm appt, but it worked out okay. I used the Angies List coupon I purchased for $149 (2 men and 1 truck for 3 hours). I actually got 3 men and 1 truck and my move only took 3.5 hours. There is a standard fee for tracel time of 1 hour which is not mentioned in the coupn or when I called for the appointment and there was some confusion over how the billing with the coupon would be handled. The coupon states that $300 can be applied to the total cost of the bill, but they ended up just not charging me for the first 3 hours and I paid them another $55 upon completion (plus tips).
The movers themselves were all great! Very hardworking guys. They did not break anything and were very careful with all of our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a mover.

Over all, job well done. The price part is kind of confusion. The price over the phone before moving is different than the day for moving. It's good we talked before started, so have to call and got it right. Other than that, all are fine.

Purchased the big deal on Angies List for 2 works , plus moving truck for 3 hours for $149.00. I had a couple of couches and about ten boxes that I had in a storage that I wanted moved into my basement and garage. The distance was about 30 miles. Boston Quality Movers were on time, 3 young guys and a moving van. They met me at the stoage unit on time. They were polite and moved everthing into my home in no time.

It was GREAT.. I expected two people to show up and instead had 4. They were friendly, fast and efficient.. In no time the furniture was in the truck, we were off to pick up the bed from the store it was purchased from and then off to the storage area.. Again in no time, all the pieces were loaded in the storage area..All pieces were protected during the transit time. I liked them so much that I will consider them for the big move later this year.. I would never have been aware of them had it not been for Angie's list.
