He is honest and works hard and fast. He is an expert cabinet maker and knew how to troubleshoot the problems with our kitchen. We like woodworking and did some of the work ourselves. He was kind and generous with his knowledge and, at our request, taught us along the way what we could do to improve our kitchen and our skills. I could not recommend him more. "The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."
