"They were GREAT!  They gave me an estimate for each floor.  The following Wednesday they arrived at the specified time.  They moved all the furnitre out of the room, sanded, cleaned and polyuritaned a first coat.  Then, heated the puddle on the other floor, and was able to get it up.  They came back Thursday and Friday afternoon, sanding and coating the floor each time.  Two thresholds needed attention that wasn't in the initial estimate.  Both were repaired at no charge.They came back Monday, (11/14/2011) putting all the furniture back into the room, hooking up the flat screen TV and hanging the closet doors."
