"My walls were a mess. There was remaining wallpaper behind a radiator that was there for about 70 years or so. The plaster walls were a mess and that is why I decided to wallpaper it. Well Gary did a fantastic job of making the room look like a newly built addition. The seams are non-existent and he managed to stretch the wallpaper even though we were short a roll. Very reasonably priced too!"

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient. "The repaired and painted surfaces look pretty good. Estimated for two weeks, the job took seven, partly excusable due to a covid surge. The crew neglected to protect a living room floor that had been in good condition, necessitating laborious cleaning for which the company compensated us about 30% of fair cost. Mr Peters told us that we were getting "carried away" and that no one in his experience had complained of similar floor damage. The crew left the house unlocked overnight repeatedly despite our complaints. The crew lost our key, for which Mr Peters agreed to reimburse us, but he did not believe us that the key fit seven locks and offered to pay for just two. The carpentry work included trim and access panels. The carpenter installed one of the access panels in the wrong location. The company might have fixed the mistake, but we asked them to leave it for reasons unrelated to the work. The job ran over budget, we were told, and Mr Peters offered to honor the high "worst case" end of the estimated range. We negotiated in good faith about the damages but were met with skepticism and gaslighting."
