At All Cape Maytag, we are an owner-operated appliance store that has been around since 1970. Our service personnel have a full hand in the daily operations of our showroom and their expertise has helped many customers walk away with a full knowledge of the product that will soon be in their homes. Our staff is ready and willing to demonstrate any appliance that interests you. We offer 6 or 12 month interest free credit. Our customers usually comment of how much they have learned and how much more informed they are when they leave our store. We have our own delivery trucks and courteous delivery employees. Our experienced service technicians are available for same day/next day service most often.

I ordered an LG washer and dryer on August 23rd. It is now Sept. 12. That’s fourteen days ago. My invoice states 5-7 day delivery. All Cape has not performed.. I tried to buy local but it certainly backfired

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE! Our oven was on the fritz. Called around. This place quoted me $99.95 for a service call. The tech was friendly and diagnosed our issue within 2 minutes--a cracked lower baking element (the coil that heats up the lower part of the oven). Tech then proceeds to tell us that it will be $289.04 to come back to replace the part. My wife and I aren't savvy with appliance repair, so we gave him our credit card for payment and he told me he would be back in a couple of days. After the tech left, I went online and found out that I could buy the baking element coil for $46 all in (retail) and one quick YouTube video later showed me just how easy it was to fix this myself (unplug the old one, plug in the new one). I emailed All Cape Appliance the same day to cancel the $289.04 charge and no one emailed me back. I emailed them a second time--no response. I called them yesterday and asked to speak with the "manager" (owner, most likely). He got on the phone and it was like talking to a pouty 5 year old with a bad temper (who eventually just hung up on us). He kept babbling that all of their cancellation terms were on their website. We told him that we didn't buy this replacement part on their website--we just had the tech standing in our kitchen. There were no terms disclosed to us in person regarding cancellation policy. Furthermore, we requested to cancel the order within a few hours IN WRITING. Bottom line: they wanted to charge us $388.99 to replace a part that costs them $20-25 wholesale. We understand that they need to make money, but this felt to me like SERIOUS price gouging (where they underprice their initial service call to draw you in, then they mark up their replacement parts to the nth degree). We are more than happy to pay the $99.95 service call, but now we are having to look into ways to retrieve the $289.04 back (which we may never see again). Cape Cod is a very small place and word travels quickly. I am definitely going to warn all of our friends around the Cape, and in turn have them warn their friends. With this type of customer service, I am going to guess that this place will be out of business in a year or two--at least we can hope. Avoid this shady dumpster fire of a business, read all of the other reviews below, and PLEASE . . . go somewhere else!

Shana at All Cape worked with me to get the right model dryer at a very good price, and to schedule its installation around guests and work schedules. I'm very happy with the purchase and the installation techs were polite, helpful, and very professional. This is a second purchase from their company and I definitely recommend them for appliances.

Paid $800.00 deposit for refrigerator at the end of August, 2020. ETA was Oct. On backorder, eta Dec, Dec discovered fridge no longer being manufactured. Requested to cancel order and requested money returned. Owner refused. Now bank working on it. Something fishy.

I have been a customer for years. I have bought multiple appliances and have recommended all cape Maytag to family and friends. I am so disappointed in my recent interaction. I booked a service call for a Monday. I was not notified of service time and when I followed up they informed me that they let a tech go and had to reschedule. We let the poor communication go and rescheduled for Saturday. I received a service window of 12-3. No one came so I called at 3:10 and was informed the tech was in a delivery run and stuck in traffic. I was told to wait another hour the tech was coming. It’s now 5 o’clock and no tech ever came. I never received a call to inform me of the cancellation and the store was closed before the posted time. I am so disappointed this is how loyal customers are treated. I now know better and will find a new appliance company.

Everyone at the store what exceptionally helpful and found the machine we wanted. It came with free delivery and free removal of the old machine. The dishwasher arrived in the store Wednesday and was scheduled delivery on Friday. I said that would be fine but would have to be in the afternoon as I would not be at home in the morning. I was assured that would be noted. When I arrived home on Friday at noon, there was the new dishwasher sitting on the deck and the old one still in the kitchen. Since rain was in the forecast, I called and asked that they return and put the new one inside and take the old one. I was told that they would not be able to do that until the next Wednesday completely unresponsive to my request.

They are fast, courteous, competent, and reasonably priced. Don't wait for a Sears appointment for your Kenmore, or any other appliance. Call All Cape first. Really, I can't say enough good about our two experiences.

After my fridge broke on a Friday morning and a repairman determined it was a compressor so not a cost effective fix,  I went to All Cape Maytag based on several recommendations from friends and also the suggestion of my repairman.  I walked in at noon and spoke to Rick (the owner) - he helped me find the perfect fridge in my price range, worked with me on the right size as the spot is very small and arranged delivery for the same day.  Within 2 hours of walking in his store, my new fridge was installed and working.  In addition, his delivery people were helpful and very mindful of being careful as they were taking away the old and installing the new.  I will be back to All Cape for all of my appliance needs in the future.

I had been shopping around for a new washing machine. I told them my price range and discussed what features I liked. They had in stock 2 or 3 different machines that were what I was looking for. They were extremely helpful in going over the pros and cons of each one, and always kept in mind what was important to me.
They gave me a great price and the machine was delivered the following day. Delivery, set up, and removal of the old washer, was all free!
Highly recommend them!

Service man arrived on time and diagnosed problem (burned out motor) and gave estimate to repair as $450 minimum. Because machine was over 10 years old, I decided to replace it. They did not have the model I wanted in stock, but they delivered a new stackable washer and dryer about a week later, installed it and removed the old washer and dryer. I have purchased several appliances from them and had several service calls. Service has been excellent. Prices and labor charges are in line with standard rates for the area.

After determining that the old fridge was unrepairable we purchased a new and larger fridge for the same price we paid six years earlier at a well known Hyannis appliance store. Delivery from All Cape Maytag was promised next day, and the truck arrived EARLY. Deliverymen were competent as was the sales person at All Cape Maytag...helpful and no pressure. Good people we will recommend to friends.
