I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and the manager Marc is honest and very knowledgeable. The service and prices are excellent. Not all Monroe are the same but this one is good.

I went on a Sunday--already a plus--for a routine oil change. The whole thing took 17 minutes and cost me $26. Tire rotation was also included in the price but I didn't need it since my tires were evenly worn. Can't speak to other auto work but definitely recommend them for an oil change. My tire pressure light came on the following morning due to the sudden cold weather. I drove back over and they adjusted the tire pressure again free of charge.

I had been going to Monro for years and everything was great when Marc was the manager, then this weird creepy guy took over, and things went south fast. I had brakes and struts done - the suv is a 2004 so I was due, and got my oil change/tire rotation there as well, for years. So I'm driving through Westfield and the car starts making this strange metal grinding noise. I pull into Midas as I was right there, and the manager shows me that the metal strap that holds on the gas tank is rusted through, snapped in the middle and is dragging on the ground, hence the noise. You think Midas would have mentioned it was getting worn???? Nope. Then when the car is up on the lift, he shows me how the new shock/strut thing Monro put on is leaking, and the sway bar they replaced a while back is on backwards (it looks completely different from the original factory installed one on the other side), and all of the screw ups have done a number on my tires. I raised holy h*** will Monro corporate and got some of my money back, but needless to say I will never go there again. Jerry at Midas in Westfield has my undying loyalty!

Good fast professional service. Staff was very friendly and offered a variety of choices.
