I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! "Their goal was to pickup and empty the Bullbag within 2 business days from when i called - they did it in 3. Not too bag. Bagster took us over 1.5 weeks! This company is based in CT. They are like working with our friends. They were professional, easy to work with, and the price was a fixed price - no surprise charges that dumpster companies always hit you with after they pick up the dumpster. The best part of this? We get to keep and reuse our bag again-it's guaranteed for life! No trips to HD anymore!!!! Definitely use them! You won't be disappointed!"

"THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND TOOK A TOUR OF THE HOUSE TO CHECK LAY OUT AND COUNT THE VENTS. WE HAD MORE THEN THE DEAL ALLOWED SO THE PRICE WENT UP FROM 89.00 TO AN ADDITIONAL 230.00 DOLLARS. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT ISSUES,  THEY WERE NOT REALLY SET UP TO REACH SOME OF THE VENTS IN OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO WERE IN NEED OF A NEW BRUSH, THE ONE THEY USED WAS PRETTY WORN.
ON THE UP SIDE THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED STEADY GOING FROM ROOM TO ROOM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH TO ADD FOUR MORE VENTS AND A RETURN, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I HOPE THAT WE DON'T REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AFTER MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.

"Harold Giancola provided an initial assessment of work needed which was very detailed, noting current variety of conditions of the house's wooden trim, including pictures (sent on i-phone) of sections of the trim boards that needed replacing.  In the proposal, Harold:
(1) Explained the corresponding variations in prep work needed (ie., power wash all, caulking, level of sanding, painting all, and confirmed our preferred choice of paint;
(2) Provided a fixed price quote for the painting materials, prep & painting labor;
(3) Provided hourly billing rate for carpentry labor (very reasonable), plus lumber at additional cost.
Total price of completed job was 2/3 - 1/2 less than other bids received.
Harold was responsive, hardworking and efficient.  His thorough assessment and planning kept costs down and resulted in beautiful results, and a very happy customer!

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
