"After paying 3 different contractors to repair a crack between the ceiling and wall created by my house settling it was worse. I contacted Tucker, he came to my house to evaluate the issue and said he could fix it, provided a quote. It was less than the other contractors so I agreed. He came, was professional, set up to contain the dust, and fixed it Itâ s been 3 years and it still looks like new. He suggested the paint and color and I am still I impressed by the work. Rags used with oil-based stains are highly flammable and can spontaneously combust in the right conditions. To reduce the fire risk, throw them in a metal container after use and add rocks on top to secure them. Add an inch of water and seal the container. Take the rags in the container to a hazardous waste factory as soon as possible.

Yes, you can limewash surfaces other than brick. Plaster, stone, stucco, and concrete can all also be limewashed. Any porous surface that will absorb the wash is a good candidate for limewash, although it won’t help much with waterproofing. Shiny surfaces like metal or glass can’t absorb limewash, so it’s not suited for these.

We don’t recommend it. A wired brush or a brush with metal bristles damages concrete and asphalt during the stain removal process.
