"We hired New Tile for two separate bathroom projects in our home. The first being a Kids Bathroom remodel which included gutting the existing bath floor and removing the tub surround. New Tile prepared the walls and floors and installed tiles around our tub and on an accent wall as well as tile on the bathroom floor. Our second project was our Master Bath addition where we converted a second walk in closet to a bathroom. The New Tile team helped us decide on what materials to use and also provided a job well done in there. The master bath work included preparation and installation of tile on our glass enclosed walk in shower, installing electric heat cables on our bathroom and shower floor as well as installing tile on our soak in tub backsplash including a custom build recessed niche with glass and stone mosaic tile. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish and absolutely love the work. We will definitely hire New Tile again for our future projects."

The job was to replace 8 doors to match our bathroom door which was a textured 6 panel hollow door.  Also, to replace the door knobs and hinges (this included the bathroom door).   Also, to paint the doors and trim.  
We made an appointment (April 6) with BENNETT PAINTING PLUS REPAIR (Bert and Fay) and they were on time. We discussed the project and agreed on a price which was labor only.  The hardware, doors and paint was to be paid by us. They advised us that they would get back to us after school vacation to set a date for the job.  They seem very nice and we were glad to go forward with this project.
Fay emailed us a contract on April 7.  We contacted Bert on April 9 that we had a coupon for Home Depot and it was agreed we would buy the paint and hardware because he was in the middle of a job.  We advised him, by email on April 12, that the hardware and paint had been picked up and Bert responded that he would stop by home depot the next day.
He sent an email April 15 that they had 2 different doors that we could buy, 1 for 28.00 per door and another for 74.00 per door.  The only difference was, one was Masonite and the other was Composite.  He advised if I went on-line to Home Depot's website, I could see the doors and he advised if any questions to contact him.

.I sent an email April 16 because I was confused.  The door for $74.00 was for frame and slab and we only wanted the slab. I sent a copy of the door Model #947866 we have in the bathroom which was $17.00 and was primed.  I also talk to him on the phone.
The next call I received was from Fay, May 4, saying they had received our check. We had not sent them a check. She said, OH, the check was from someone else.  While I had her on the phone, I asked if we could set up a time for our job.  She advised Tuesday, May 7.  An hour later Bert called and advised that this was his busy season for exterior work and it was changed to sometime the middle of next week.
Bert came by on May 9, to return the paint and hardware, that he had pick up from our house previously, because he was going to paint the doors in his shop. He stated that he could not do the job.  He didn't feel he was qualified to do the hinges on a slab door that would line up with the holes already in our frame.  He stated that if it was the frame and door he could install it.  As it was only the slab, he didn't think he could install the hinges without possibly ruining the door.
Of course, we were disappointed that he hadn't told us a month ago when he came on the first visit.
