I hired him in the Spring to install new sod in our little urban yard, and was so impressed that I contacted him when we needed a tree removed. His crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and made short work of a 25 ft dying crab apple tree and it's stump. Nivaldo quoted me a price that was—not joking—over $8000 less than I had gotten from a competitor to do the same work, and he did a brilliant job. I mean, just stunning. I have a substantial amount of land that had run wild with weeds and overgrown bushes and he made it look the way it did in the pictures from the realtor listing when I bought the house. "I e-mailed Linwood Tree early one morning to deal with a huge, ominous branch that had been hanging over our driveway since the last snowstorm. I think it was the winds that morning, but something finally nudged me to deal with it ASAP. Within 2 hours I received an e-mail back from Linwood reporting he would be by in the afternoon to look at it. Sure enough, he came by that afternoon and dealt with the branch then and there. Linwood was not only incredibly responsive, he charged us only $50. I was so appreciative, as my gut told me something very bad would be happening if that branch was not taken down soon.
