Good company, came out and inspected the septic tank as part of our home inspection. Appreciate their flexibility as they were able to come out the same time as our home inspector. Explained everything in a way easy to understand.

Usual septic inspection event. Called the office and talked to Joy. A time was set up that worked with our schedule. When we got to the house, Travis had already begun to fill the tank which cut our inspection time. System and process was explained to our satisfaction. Written report was provided at the end of the inspection.

When I called for service, the person who answered the phone was very professional, asked a number of questions regarding the situation (I was having issues with the waste pump and thought there might be a backup), and made some suggestions regarding water use until the contractor arrived the next day. Travis arrived slightly before the appointed time and made accommodations to work around another contractor at the house at the same time. Since I didn't have an as-built plan for the septic, he was able to quickly locate one by phone. The pumping was done quickly and the hole filled satisfactorily. Because the septic was working properly; it was determined that the pump was the problem. Travis suggested a pump company and made the call; an hour later the pump contractor arrived.

Because the septic pumping needed to be done anyway, the waste pump problem was a side issue. I would definitely recommend Connecticut Valley Septic Service to anyone. I originally called them because I saw a flyer for an end-of-the-year sale. It worked out well for me.
