They are extremely hard working individuals who clearly take pride in the work they do for others. They put in a new panel and rewired our entire house built in 1902 -not an easy job- and added multiple ceiling lights, outlets and switches where none existed before. They were very clean, used drop cloths and repaired holes. There was minimal dust, so my mom could live in the house during the work- nothing like what other people described when they had similar work done by other companies. They answered questions and replaced switches quickly when we realized the original color we picked did not look right. They were respectful and timely and the entire process went quicker than we thought possible. Travis and Brent were available by phone/text if we had questions on days not working. "The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very courteous, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say.He was here for 40 minutes, charged me 200 dollars and told me he couldnâ t fix it in my garage, because the oil was sludge and he may or may not be able to fix it, but he would have to take it back to the shop and it would cost me 80 dollars an hour to try to fix it.When I gave him a check for his time and asked for a receipt, he looked at me like I was asking for a kidney, and wrote something down on apiece of notebook paper, which was supposed to be a receipt.It was not an invoice with the company name or any reference to their business license.I later received an explanation from somebody in the office, that they would send me an invoice for the work done.I have never had any contractor not present a proper business receipt to me when I have given them a check, prior to this."
