"The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very courteous, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say.He was here for 40 minutes, charged me 200 dollars and told me he couldnâ t fix it in my garage, because the oil was sludge and he may or may not be able to fix it, but he would have to take it back to the shop and it would cost me 80 dollars an hour to try to fix it.When I gave him a check for his time and asked for a receipt, he looked at me like I was asking for a kidney, and wrote something down on apiece of notebook paper, which was supposed to be a receipt.It was not an invoice with the company name or any reference to their business license.I later received an explanation from somebody in the office, that they would send me an invoice for the work done.I have never had any contractor not present a proper business receipt to me when I have given them a check, prior to this."

"I had an exceptional experience with Michael from start to finish. When he came to give us the estimate he was very thorough answering all the questions and providing recommendations on a generator. He gave us a quote less then 24 hour later and we had an appt set up the following week. He came to do the job at the time he said he would and communicated when he needed to have power turned off. After he completed the job he explained how to use the switch and even set up the generator to test the whole system out. He also helped with a faulty fire alarm that kept going off. I would recommend Michael without hesitation, for anyone who’s looking to have electrical work done. He’s very good at explaining how things work and answers questions. We will definitely call him again next spring when it’s time to install our pool, so he can run electrical wires to power the pump."
