Absolutely fantastic! Fantastic! They did a small repair to my flashing and then immediately inspected my parent's roof. Quick response regarding quotes and timeframe. Also sent pictures via text of issues. They even helped my neighbor back out of her parking spot! Super reasonably priced and they didn't want to replace anything if it could be fixed at a lower cost. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST! This company is a MUST for any roofing issue, large or small. So lucky I found them! Thanks to Angi! For someone who is disabled with severe medical issues, I'm not really able to research vendors. It's great to go to one place and find QUALITY pros! Avoid Seven Hills Roofing, who completely dropped the ball and just stopped responding when Bill's worker, Mike, got sick. Glad that vendor fell through, because Central Mass Roof Restorations was Amazing!

We hired CMRR to replace our roof. We were so impressed by the professionalism, communication, and workmanship, we hired them to replace our vinyl siding. (They do it all) Being an old house, there were lots of surprises hiding under the old siding. But Mike and crew tackled the tough job on time, on budget, and it came out great! Our house looks like new again! Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

We hired CMR to install soffit Vents and replace our gutters. Their quote was very reasonable and once we decided to go with them, they scheduled the work and finished the job. Mike kept us informed as the job progressed and invited us to view the work as it was progressing. The work is top notch and I would highly recommend CMR.

Recently we hired Mike and his crew for a 2 layer removal with new roof installation. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. He advised and ordered quality roofing products and also advised us of other improvements we need to tend to in the future. I would not hesitate to hire Mike again.

Professional, estimate was not written prior to the job although he mentioned several times he would email it. good craftsman ship but he has to hone his skills when it comes to commitments.
