"They were Responsive. Erik replied quickly with a visit to look over the tasks for which we needed pricing. They quoted 3 days later. Within three days of my commitment for the job, both Erik and Bill were on site. They completed six items in two hrs. They were Competent. They were Creative. They were Professional. They were Polite. At the conclusion of their work, we walked around to look at other tasks that seemed matched to their skills.
