This was the best handyman service we've ever had. Needed a fast service to install a rather fussy mailbox after changing post offices. Bill and Eric came quickly and did the job to perfection. Wood Flooring Repair or Partial Replacement
I had a wonderful experience with Housecalls. They were responsive with coming to look at the project and give me a quote, they showed up when they said they would to do the work, the work done looks perfect to me, and the price was very fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were Responsive. Erik replied quickly with a visit to look over the tasks for which we needed pricing. They quoted 3 days later. Within three days of my commitment for the job, both Erik and Bill were on site. They completed six items in two hrs. They were Competent. They were Creative. They were Professional. They were Polite. At the conclusion of their work, we walked around to look at other tasks that seemed matched to their skills. Bill & Eric did an excellent job installing 9 windows and when there was a small issues they addressed it immediately. They are a business that really treats your home as it was theirs.

Eric and Bill were excellent at customer service. They called to confirm and when a delayed occur, they stayed in contact. They came prepared and worked continuously until the job was done. Bill and Erik were amazing! They were prompt, listened and were responsive to my needs. They agreed to tackle a kitchen cabinet installation gone bad and not only turned things around, but Erik worked his magic and made possible the little things that meant so much to me. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future!

Sliding Door or Tracks - Repair
Bill and Erik have done much more then fix a sliding door, they put in 3 sets of steps with railings and repaired the back of our shed that had rotted away and it looks like new! They will also be installing a new back door to our garage that has rusted, and repairing the surround under our bay window. They do exceptional work and I will call them for any work I need done.

I was contacted by Bill at House Calls immediately via Home Advisor. They came out the next day, I thought to just give me an estimate. Instead, Erik analyzed the problem (very large sliding glass door that wasn't sliding anymore), ran out to get the parts, returned and repaired not just the one door that I was having problems with, but another one as well. This was all taken care of in less than 3 hours. I had received another estimate for the same work that was 30% more for just one door than what House Calls charged me. The other company had told me it would take two men to do the work and that it would take weeks to fit me into their schedule. I have been raving about House Calls to all my friends.

Bill and Eric are great guys! Excellent workmanship and were very quick to get the project done. Repaired a ridge vent on our home to keep the squirrels from getting into our attic. These guys are very professional, courteous and on time. We plan on working with them again in the future.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Bill and his son Eric did a superb job repairing my deck (which was severely slanted in one corner) and my front door steps (which had pulled away from my house and had rotted at the base) -- and they did both repairs in less than one day. They are an awesome duo, who possess superior contracting and carpentry skills. They are both professional and personable. I'd watch their home repair show religiously if they had one on TV! The care and love they put into their work is truly evident in the results they achieve. You are in good hands if you call on them for help. I highly recommend House Calls.

House Calls came across as highly professional from the first contact. Bill was easy to talk with and had a good grasp of my project needs. His son Erik performed the removal of the old bathroom vanity and installation of the new, the workmanship was outstanding. There were a few unexpected curve balls on my part that Erik was able to solve on the spot. I would not hesitate to use House Calls for future projects.
