I have worked writing literally thousands of highly detailed estimates for repairing various types of damage to homes and buildings. I bring extensive experience in materials and building methods to your project or repair needs and am highly skilled to perform the work. I specialize in rot repair, door and window replacement, finish work, older and antique home repairs. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
