"I was thrilled that Leo from Crystal Painting could get his painters to do the work almost right away, which was what I needed. I never met them, but my tenants said they were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"

"We researched for exterior painters on Angi’s List; Home Advisor and also looked through google reviews as well. There are a lot of painters out there, but we did narrow it down to five and obtained estimates from all. We selected Pete of Premier Painting and so happy we did. From the beginning he was timely with his follow up to our calls/emails; he provided an initial estimate based on information and photos and then met with us to do a more detailed estimate (which didn’t change, except for additional items that we decided to include). His estimate was competitive and we just had a “good feeling” that he would be the right fit for us and based on reviews, a good painter. Although we were initially going to be scheduled for Spring of 2022, at the last minute Pete had an opening in the schedule for the end of this season and began in September. His work is great; he sprayed and brushed our home and when he sprayed he back brushed for complete coverage; he is neat; cleans up each day; is organized in his approach on how and what he painted so as the front was done first both trim and body so from the road it looked complete. During the course of his being here, we ended up making some changes in terms of stain treatment for our deck, which resulted in more sanding; adding an item or two and he has always been professional and agreeable. In addition to painting the entire exterior - our deck balusters were all stained brown and he is painting them all white - pretty labor intensive but the finished product is just what we hoped for. For various reasons he ended up painting our home by himself and he is here every day - 6 days a week, weather permitting; is communicative if he won’t be here for weather related reasons - and he even returned our dog when he was leaving and found her down the road. "I can’t say enough about them, pleasant polite professional! They left their boots by the front door as to not track in and out, everything was carefully protected. They did a beautiful job our space looks so fresh and updated. We had a hard time nailing down a date initially, they were pretty busy when we contacted them for a time frame, but we didn’t have a specific date in mind and it didn’t matter to us when the project got started so to us it didn’t matter. They don’t have a giant crew which means you can trust in their work and not worry about subcontractors doing the actual work. They sent us large format paint samples from our top three choices which really helped narrow down the color and not have to rely on those tiny paint swatches from the hardware store. I’ve never hired anyone to paint before, but this job was just too much for me to tackle, they came in and got it done in one day. From the initial consult and quote, to the painting guys, we couldn’t be happier. Our quoted contract was clearly defined and the price remained the same, they even separated a secondary quote for some bathroom and ceiling work to be done at a later date. They delivered on their exact word. They even left us the leftover paint for down the road touch ups. We will most certainly be calling them again. One thing worth mentioning was our contract did say they would move necessary furniture to accommodate the painting but we decided to just move everything ourselves the night before so they could just get right to it. We’re able to move stuff around so we just got the spaces extra ready so they wouldn’t have to deal with shuffling furniture around when they got there."

We had a railing placed in our home. The Quality of the Painting was Exceptional. The painters did an outstanding job. Their work was of high quality and detailed oriented. They were always on time and extremely neat. It was a pleasure to have the painters in our home. Our home looks refreshed and beautiful. We would hire Quality Preferred Painting again. "I usually do not write reviews because most contractors that I have worked with over the years will tell you one thing but deliver something else. I got three quotes but Brian's was the least expensive. I hired Brian to redo my swirl patterned ceilings which were in disrepair. He clearly explained the process and promised me brand new ceilings. His workers showed up before the scheduled time, prepared the area, and left my house as found. I could not be happier with the work that Brian delivered. As a result, I asked Brian to paint the area and that was perfectly done. Brian is now the person I will call for all future painting jobs. I have no reservation in recommendation Kennedy Painting to anyone in need of a painter."
