We picked the scenario we liked and he said he will get back to us with the actual quote and WE NEVER HEARD BACK after several requests. very unprofessional and would not recommend."

Since 1984 we've been providing our customers with quality workmanship throughout Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are a full sevice company providing residential home construction and improvements, remodeling, maintenance and repair both structural and non-structural. Depending on scope, we do on-occasion sub-contract as necessary (Plumbing and electrical always). Billing in general is 1/3rd upon signing, 2nd/3rd at commencment and final/3rd at completion. However, depending on scope and cost (large projects) billing may be incremental and of varying amounts and defined in writing in the payment section of the contract.
