It was excellent. Frank was excellent to work with. They got it done pretty quickly and for a reasonable price.

It was excellent, I can't say anything wrong. They were on time, and I was very impressed. the price was right, the guy was very neat and they have to excavate 4 or 5 feet to built the foundation but he did it right. They know what they were doing and it was really good. Him being what he is and what he does, I have nothing bad to say, he was always there getting in touch, he used the right amount of concrete.

We called 3 masons. One came and did not get back to us on a quote, one gave rough quotes on the spot but on the higher side. Frank was very responsive during the early planning stages - was the only one to bring pictures of work he's done, and offer material samples. We felt the quote was very fair. The work took about a week and a half. Quality was very good for the masonry, some minor facets turned out differently than expected. He offered to make corrections but some of them would have come at great expense to him. I would just suggest to be as specific as possible about all dimensions possible. To some contractors bigger is always better. However I'm not satisfied w/ the quality of carpentry the subcontractor did. He came a much higher premium than Italo's masonry work, but the quality was not great. I don't blame Italo for this, we should have been more diligent and gotten our own carpenter. Again overall the job looks good, especially after we landscaped!

I was pleased with their work. Frank seemed like a nice person to deal with and had some good ideas for the project, and his brickmason did a good job. I requested a receipt via email and still have not received it, the work was completed about 3 weeks ago.
