"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"Andre responded to my inquiry very quickly, came down, and gave us an estimate within a couple of days. We own a 135-year-old house, and an outside retaining wall was in serious need of attention. His crew arrived even earlier than scheduled, and got right to work. In an area where access was a bit tricky, they worked carefully, methodically, and deliberately. A crew of three stayed past sunset and finished an estimated two-day job, rebuilding over 100 sq. ft. of very old stone wall in one (long) day! Andre's men were very courteous, professional and accommodating, and the result was even better than I had hoped for! Andre came down personally, at the end of the day, to be sure that we were happy with the job, and even pitched in with cleanup! We were so happy with Elite Stone Work's professionalism, quality, customer service, and very reasonable pricing, that we have already hired them to install a paver sidewalk for us, as soon as their schedule, and the weather, allow!
