"We purchased a home in April, 2021 with a sprinkler system that was installed but not connected to the water source. We were told that we needed to hire a plumber to install an backflow system. Nasuti was recommended to us by our realtor. He was initially very responsive to call, voicemails, and texts and her performed the work at a fair price in a timely manner. My husband and I both told him that we were not able to secure a sprinkler system company and would have to wait until the spring of 2022, a year later. Once he finished the job, we asked him if there was anything else that needed to be done with the backflow pipe. His response was "No, just get a sprinkler system company and you will be all set to go". Several months later, we heard water gushing from the pipe he installed. We shut off the water and called Nasuti and left a message. He did not respond to this call. Fast forward a year later, we have the sprinkler company come out to start the system only to learn that the backflow pipe was not working and they recommended that we call the plumber who installed it. Multiple calls, voice mails, text messages later, Nasuti told him that he was not responsible for the backflow that he installed. He accused us of being irresponsible homeowners and not doing our homework. After lengthy, heated responses from Nasuti, finally apologized and agreed to replace the broken part (our cost) and would not charge us for labor. This seemed reasonable to us. He agreed to do the work last week. Multiple text messages later, no response from him. It's important to note that Natusi was blessed with the gift of gab; he talks non-stop, interrupts any attempt on our part to communicate, and does not listen. While this is fun at a party or in a social situation, it does not work well when conducting business. We hired a professional to do the job and sought his professional advice for aftercare of the backflow valve. Bottom line, we spent $750 on a product that does not work. As a result, we have to hire and pay for the work to be re-done at a cost of $700."

We have 5 fulltime employees and a part time delivery person. We perform our Multi Point Inspection Service at no charge. If you like what we have to say we'll fix the problem, if not you will not owe us a dime. We accept virtually all warranty company policies. We are currently honoring a special State Inspection Service performed at no charge with any purchase otherwise just $25.
