Arthur answered my query within a day. Celso was out to look at requirements and prepare a quote with another couple of days.

Ede came in and removed all cabinet doors and drawers and took them to the Bright shop for prep work and spay painting.

Ede and Sam came back with the doors and drawers and worked very hard for 2 days, taping, covering priming sanding  and finishing. The doors and drawers were re-installed and the entire area thoroughly cleaned.

We could not be happier. The guys took off their shoes while in the house, were friendly and could not do enough for us. There was one minor issue that was my fault and they came back within a day and took care of it.

"Said and his crew were great!  They came right on time and got to business.  The moved and removed all of my furniture and wall hangings, curtains etc. Painted the rooms and put everything back.  They went above and beyond when I asked them to paint my sons room with two racing stripes over the grey paint I chose.  We ended up hiring them to paint a few additional rooms and a ceiling. I went back to ESP painting after they did a nice job for the first time I used them. The work included skim coating and painting of 4 rooms that had wallpaper before. Edson and his crew did a great job. They are very professional and do a high quality job. Edson is responsive and he went out of his way to get me a few sample colors that I can choose between them. I will use ESP painting in the future and recommend them if you like to have your job done with a high quality.

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."
