He thoughtfully crafted a stunning addition to our home and meticulously oversaw its construction to ensure every detail was just right. I cannot thank Samuel and Studio North enough walking me through what was almost a disaster project. I thought I was doing a straightforward reno on a one-story balloon frame timber house, but way over my head. Issue after issue popped up, and these were very site-specific problems on building 100+ years old. At first I wasn't sure to hire Sam on as Studio North is a bit green but he was recommended by a trusted mentor. With a halted project going on 1.5 years, I needed the assistance. Well, you can see the pictures for yourself I'm grateful Sam took the project on. His technical expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the the mess faced, Samuel was committed to untangling a bunch of stopgaps and finding permanent solutions. The photos are still a little unfinished, but I'm glad the project is nearly completion after a year and half headache.
