He alerted me to the problem showed me where it was, answered all of my questions clearly and articulately and allowed me time to think (which I didn't need - the solution was a no brainer). Although a change order was required and a little bit more money to do that part of the job, he saved me from encountering a serious mold issue. The end result was a bathroom remodel that I loved and workmanship that I trusted without any buyer's remorse."
