Sunshine Window Cleaning

Sunshine did a great job. Our windows are crystal clear and look great!

Went very well. He had provided me with estimate based on pictures, but when he came to do the job it turned out to be much more work than he had anticipated. Was very professional about it and completed the entire job even though it took him 2 days instead of 1. I paid him more than his estimate, as I was pleased with the quality and professionalism of his work. Note that he is a 1 man operation and will require some help to hold the ladder if he has to place it on driveways etc.

Great! Richard showed up on time and did a super job on all of the windows. This is the second year I hired Richard and plan on doing it annually.

The service was great - Richard came and went through and did a good cleaning of our windows, inside and out. He pricing was reasonable as well - we have a standard colonial home. I would recommend him.

Richard returned my initial call the same day and set up time for the work. He arrived on time and did a beautiful job. 

Richard is very professional. I left a message asking for an estimate and he called back the very same day. He asked several questions regarding the type of window and door, we agreed on the price, day and time of service. He showed up perfectly on time and worked 8 hours straight till he was done, and the quality of his work was excellent.
This was the second time he worked for us and I will call him again for sure in the future.

Went well. Only suggestion is to offer a written quote prior to work being done. Richard quotes over the phone, but it was not a problem.

Richard did a great job at a reasonable price.  He was on time and personable.  I would use him again.

Fantastic job. The windows were perfectly clean. Even the window sills were cleaned. I had moved furniture out of the way of the windows in advance. When the job was finished all the furniture was back in position. No complaints at all.

This is the second time I used Richard and just like the first time, everything went perfectly. He takes his time to make sure everything is done exactly right. His price is fair and the work excellent. He is friendly and a hard worker. I called him on Tuesday and he came on Thursday...I could not ask for a better response. He is definitely going to be cleaning them again next year!

Despite cold conditions Richard did an excellent job and was very nice.

I had moved some furniture out of his way prior to arrival. He had everything back in place and tidy at the end of the job.

He was extremely accommodating about doing the job between other projects I had going on.  I thought his price was very reasonable considering the number of windows being done. 
The windows look great BUT...the windowsills were NOT cleaned as they should have been and they needed it badly.  When I asked him about the french door sills he said that's something my cleaning people should do. he doesn't do it. 
He came alone and asked me a few times to hold the ladder for him.

He was great - he came on time, was very professional, cleaned the windows inside and out perfectly and even helped me put up some screens on the 2nd floor windows.  Great interaction.
