The work was completed in one day. They cleaned the work site, did not damage any property, and were very professional and polite while they were onsite. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
