One room had wall to wall carpet that was ripped up and had glue all over the old flooring and they cleaned it up to look flawless. Stairs refinish also perfect. "Wow! We have been so incredibly impressed by Ozzie and his team. We were moving from Boston to Harvard and had about 6 weeks between closing and when we had to move to do a bunch of work on the new house. Ozzie did so much more than just the floors for us. Every time we mentioned another project, he quickly would say â we do thatâ , and indeed he and his workers not only did the work, but did it quickly, with high quality, great communication, timeliness and of course a great price. Just to summarize what they did: 1) Sanded, stained and new poly on all of the wood floors (a lot of square footage). We did provincial stain with satin finish poly and they are gorgeous. 2) complete interior painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, doors, closets 3) sanded and refinished the kitchen cabinets to make the tired old wood cabinets have a completely new life.. (this is an incredible option to quickly and inexpensively give your old kitchen a completely new feel). He used a different white enamel and removed all the knobs and hinges and then reattached everything for a very custom look. He also did the same for the first floor bathroom and it looks AMAZING. 4) put down new slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom (previously was older linoleum). The dark grey natural stone looks beautiful with the white counters and new paint job. 5) installed new backsplash subway tile. Overall we could not be happier. His price was. Fantastic, and Ozzie is a genuinely good guy with a great crew. We will absolutely continue to work with him on future projects and have recommended him to my brother and fiends already."
