"I can't speak highly enough about this company. When I called to arrange an on site visit for an estimate, they showed up on time and listened to everything I had to say about the job. I was given a written quote on the spot (something I rarely see from contractors), so I offered them the job. To my surprise, he said he could get started the very next day (a Saturday) and that they would be able to finish the following Monday when the deck had dried off. They arrived to start the job when they said they would, and got to work right away. I was concerned I would need to move the stuff we have on the decks, but they told me they could simply move them to the side and then move them back when they were done. They did exactly that, and everything was put back to its original position when they were finished. They were power washing all day, and were very thorough. When they came back two days later, they again went to work right away rebuilding the stairs and water sealing the deck. The stairs look great! They even added a step so the bottom step could sit more securely on the concrete (it had been resting on a cinder block before being rebuilt). They advised to wait 1-2 days for the water sealer to dry before using the decks, we paid them, and they did a great job cleaning up when they left. I wish all contractors we hired were as efficient and straightforward as the people working at Melvin Power Wash. I will absolutely call on them again when my decks need maintenance, or if my house needs a wash."

"I would recommend him and crewmen to even Kings and Queens . Benicio is a very honest, hard working and patient man. We hired the company to paint our deck. Gave him the deposit check. Two days later we started another project in the house. We called him and postponed the work for mid or late July. He didnâ t cash the check until he reached out to us in mid July to confirm that we will go forward as previously scheduled. Last weekend he came with his crew and painted the deck. We were amazed to see the care and respect they show. Although the yard is not cleaned as it is being worked on, they placed drop cloths all around the deck. They did a great job repairing the steps and painting the deck. They showed great respect to the property. They cleaned up very well before leaving. He is very honest hearted man. I We appreciated the fact that he is not money hungry. He sees people before profit. Something thatâ s very hard to find nowadays. Great Hob !!! We are very pleased."

Instead of rushing the job, they came back later in the day and dethatched it once it had dried — exactly the way it should be done. Most landscapers would not have taken that extra step. They also edged the beds and added fresh mulch and compost. The crew was professional, attentive, and very responsive to my needs throughout the entire project. By far the best job done on my property in years at a fair price."

"The two men from Square Services arrived on time and immediately began working. They were very professional and skilled at the care they took to clean my older roof. They were successful with removing all the green mold and grime that had collected on the roof. They were very neat and removed the roof dirt that dripped on the siding and windows. They worked as a team very diligently and made sure I was pleased with the work. One shingle above the front door was showing wear and they happily replaced with a new shingle that I supplied.
