Absolutely the hardest worker I have ever hired. Andrew is phenomenal and his work is done to perfection. Not only did he complete our 600 sq ft flooring job in less than 3 days, he also installed a new double vanity and plumbing for us. He is friendly, very dedicated and reasonably priced. We will be hiring him again for more flooring installation in the near future.Thank you Andrew

These guys did a great job in my basement and on my ceiling in my living room. I had flooding damage on both and they were able to help me get the issue resolved within a few days while still giving everything a nice finish that made it seem like they were never even there. These guys are great.

Andrew and his crew replaced my rear landing/deck. Their price was very competitive and the work was extremely well done with all the details we had discussed. The deck is very well built and supported, work was very neat and well managed. I will definitely have A&D Property Services for all my building and replacement needs. We love our new deck.
