Joe and John were very meticulous in doing all the pre-measuring all the way through the construction, including the very meticulous finish work, which I need to give a shout out to Joe who is an excellent finish carpenter. Valerie was very informative when she came and gave us an estimate and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner Pierre is very hands-on which was a very nice touch from a customer experience aspect. we had a couple tricky areas in the kitchen and due to their knowledge and experience, and they’re fine attention to detail every aspect of of the job far exceeded our expectations. we would highly recommend them and would like to thank all the crew for doing such a great job for us"

They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. "I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."
