"I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."

"Excellent! Giselle, Doris and Alex came to my House for a deep cleaning. And they did just that! They did everything from window wells to Dusting fans. My floors haven’t looked this clean in a long time! They were very accommodating if I asked them to do an odd project. I definitely have them coming back and would recommend this group to anyone."

He installed new roofing on two sections what were leaking, and repaired interior walls and ceilings that had been damaged by water--removing sheetrock, remediating mold, installing new sheetrock, taping, skim coating, and painting. Using his own judgment he repaired a few things that were not in the original agreement, but didn't charge me extra. He came in right on budget.
