"I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."

He was very attentive to our schedule, and went out of his way to fit us in, and through the entire process was readily available and responsive both to cell phone and email. The work took five days, and after each day we received a call about how things went, and what would be done the next working day. This is a family business. Several of his employees are his own children. He takes great pride in the quality of the work that they do under difficult work conditions, squeezing up through narrow openings into cramped, dark attics with little headroom. Rob was very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing his storehouse of knowledge about insulation. He educated us. He has been actively involved in developing standards in the insulation industry.
