There was a technical problem with the engine on the generator itself, which they weren't able to help with, because they weren't licensed to work on the specific brand of generator. That might be something to check on before hiring for this type of job."

I'd like to especially thank Garret, Brandon, and Kat for pulling the whole thing together and making the installation as seamless as possible. Also, shout out to HTP for replacing a defective unit. They stood up and did the right thing when they didn't have to. Milltown went above and beyond what a plumbing company would typically do. When our combo unit failed, we lost heat and hot water.
