"Mr. Drew was very professional and came in and added on to my patio, with some brick inlays to match my home.  He was very punctual and the quality of his work was way better than I imagined. He did everything he said he would do and The turnover time was also quick and the work was exceptional.  He isn't the cheapest, but the quality of his work was worth it.  I would definitely use him in the future, and refer him to friends and family...

"We recently contracted John DeAngelo and 225 House Painting to remodel the exterior of our home.  We needed a complete exterior paint job, repairs to the wood siding, new columns under the car port, new exterior storage room doors, and two interior ceilings painted.
John came to our house to give us a free estimate.  The next day, he sent us a very detailed contract that not only listed all the work to be done, it clearly explained his warranty and work ethics.  We spoke on the phone and through email several times to work out the details.  John always responded within half a day and was easy to talk to.
John offered help in choosing our exterior paint colors and explained the different types of paint we could use.   He repeatedly went the extra mile to take care of unexpected issues that came up.  We decided that we also wanted the concrete porch and walkways sealed.  John not only arranged this on short notice for a reasonable price, he even brought over color samples for us to look at.
His crew always arrived early and worked hard throughout the day.  They were very detail oriented and did not cut corners.  They were also very polite and helpful.
Our house literally looks 20 years newer.  The results were much better than we had expected.  We?re proud of our house and the neighbors like the new look, too.

"I am very satisfied with the work. Eduardo and his crew were thorough and professional. After leveling my floors he made sure that my doors and windows worked properly. They put the skirting back in place. Eduardo is very knowledgeable and noticed the issues with my floors before I described my concerns. He did not try to sell me unneeded procedures, and the price was very fair."

"I used Daniel and Daniel Maintenance for picking up and removing some old furniture. Not only were they very quick to respond and upfront with pricing, but they also brought up my trashcan and blew off my leaves while they were there. They really went above and beyond for me and I’m very thankful that I used them!"

"We had to wait longer than expected for the sod to be ordered due to unforeseen weather issues, but Mike was very responsive and communicative throughout this minor hiccup. That level of professionalism is exactly what we'd hoped for, and it made all the difference in our confidence in his work. The end result looks great and, even more importantly, we didn't have to worry for a moment about what was happening. We are extremely pleased to have found this company and would recommend his work to anyone."

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Many contractors offer warranties for their work. Confirm terms before starting the project.

Polyjacking and mudjacking can both be effective solutions for sinking concrete, but they have key differences. Polyjacking, which uses expanding polyurethane foam, is often considered a better option because the foam is significantly lighter than the cementitious material used for mudjacking. This reduced weight puts less pressure on the underlying soil and lowers the risk of future sinking. Polyjacking is suitable for any sinking concrete slab, while mudjacking is typically only recommended for non-structural concrete, such as sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and driveways. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

Concrete leveling can last anywhere from five to 10 years or more, and in some cases, it can be a permanent solution. The longevity depends on the method used and whether the underlying cause of the sinking is addressed. For example, mudjacking typically lasts five to 10 years, while polyjacking can last for 20 years or more. It's best to consult a professional for an accurate timeline based on your specific situation and any factors that could cause the issue to recur.

Yes, you can mudjack cracked concrete, but the cracks will need to be repaired once the concrete has been leveled. If the concrete is severely cracked in multiple places, replacement may be a better option, but for less severe cracking, mudjacking is a good solution as long as cracks are correctly caulked and sealed.
