I called Mark Johnson Plumbing after a referral from Home Advisor. I was immediately impressed, when I explained my problem the concern that was shown. Got appointment, Tech arrived on time and explained my options. Work was quickly completed above expectations. Price was very reasonable, making me one happy person

They were prompt in arrival, they provided a reasonable quote for the work and accomplished it without hesitation at the given quote.

While they did come out the day I called them, the plumber said it would be on the low en, $231, it ended up being $406 and he tried to upsell me into replacing the entire sewer line which he estimated at up to $6000

My daughter contacted them about some sewage problems at her house. They found and resolved her problem & fixed it in one visit.

They contacted me very soon after I left a message. The technician they sent out was quick, efficient,polite and helped me choose an option that fit my budget.

Repaired a broken hot water line under house

My husband and I had used this company before and were pleased with the services. However, this costly repair of replacing a leaking kitchen and bathroom faucet (over $500) was not so pleasing. The repairman did not complete a plumbing safety checklist as indicated in the authorization. nor did he explain the membership offer as stated in the authorization. The bottom line is that my husband and I had to complete repairs which included replacing a kitchen sink that had rusted out (which I asked the repairman if it needed to be replaced), replacing sink gaskets that had dry rotted and split and replacing a rusted outlet pipe that had a 2" inch hole that leaked! My concerns about the work done were addressed by the service manager and the company agreed to reimburse us a portion of the payment. I would recommend this company based on our previous experience with them. However, I would highly recommend that you ask questions, observe the work as it is being done, and thoroughly inspect the completed job before the repairman leaves!

Did a good job but too expensive over three hundred dollars for less than 30 minutes of work is too much.

Hagan Miller was my repairman tonight. Checked out everything for me and reassured me that I'd have no damage if I kept the water to my hot water heater running. He also recommended replacing the water heater (14 years old) with a tankless. (This is the second recommendation on a tankless with good reviews.) I am going to get this. All of Mark Johnson's people so far have really impressed me, including the go-to person to get help - Ms Patience. Love these folks. I have used them for at least three years and don't regret a day of that relationship.
