company provides 1-4 employees. both men and women. for larger jobs company hires temporary helpers and depending on bussiness turnout would like to keep the good ones. company is willing to discuss sub-contracting. billing depends on the job, some will require a starting amount and pay remaining balance when finished, some will require weekly balance untill job finish, and some will require pay full amount at time of completion.
