Went great! Jay did exactly what he said and got the job done.  I had some other work done and someone hit the faucet and it started leaking.  I contacted Jay about it and he came out and repaired it at no cost the next day.  I didnt even know he came.  I noticed it was not leaking anymore so I called him to tell him not to worry about coming out and thats when he told me he had already repaired it.

Called spoke with Jay,  he said he could be out next day to give an estimate. i thought AWESOME!! then he said could be there next day, ok great i asked what time he said first thing. he didn't show up till noon, said he had an emergency call, i just told him would have been nice to of received a call saying you were going to be late. they got to work didn't have the right part said they'd be back first thing next day. I took off work, late again they didn't get here til after 2pm because another issue came up i was more than a lil mad. i am a huge mike holmes  fan and also researched the project on my own and caught his employee putting in the shower drain wrong. i notified him. another one of the employees got me alone and told me they had been working all night moving his friend and they never start before noon.  with the job half done he said he needed the money for what was done so far. well after that he didn't come back. i called and called  even went by his office and i was left  with a huge mess that i then had to hire a new plumber to come complete and fix.

Badly. The problems were not fixed, and they charged a gross amount to tell us what we already knew. When they put the bath faucets back on, the Roman handles were put on backwards...so they looked completely awkward. We wouldn't call them back because we didn't want them back in our house...just wanted to suck it up and pay them not to come back.
