They were wonderful. I called and left a message about what work was needed. He called me back and was able to fit us in within 30 minutes of the call. They are extremely honest and so helpful. I also needed someone to repair a hole in the fiberglass tub and an electrician and he was able to refer me to others who could help me with those repair. I would highly recommend Cockrell Plumbing and have added them to my list of trusted repair vendors. They are A+++ in my books.

I called the provider and told him what I had done and that we ha turned the water off. He advised he would be there in under an hour. He showed up in about 45 minutes. He got right to work on it and in about another 45 minutes we were back in business.
    I had company staying with us and he got it done before they even got up and in need of facilities.
       They have been providing our community with service for years and really are a solid business in our community.

They will be honest and let you know if they will be able to get to you that day or not and give you an estimated time of arrival. They will even recommend another plumber if they are unable to attend to your situation when you need them to.

He is wonderful. I bought the hot water heater from them and for the installation I paid $300. They are honest, hardworking people that are very trust worthy. They are not out to make an extra buck. They want to do a honest job for a honest price.

Exellent work. Completed water heater replacement in 1/2 morning.
