Raleigh Jones Repair Service

Repairman discovered what was wrong but wasn’t able to locate the part. I went on eBay and found the part (used) and purchased it and installed it myself and now the washer is back working perfectly. Thanks to the serviceman

He helped us make a good decision re: whether to replace the door or not, and he was very reasonable. He gave us info, along with advice, so we might not choose to have something done that was not price effective. Rather than replace the door and pay a ton, we opted to have the ice maker fixed alone. It's an older fridge, so we can live with not having the water flow. (The door was likely frozen, and to fix the water, we would have had to replace the door for a hefty price.) We have since sought his recommendation on other people we were seeking to hire. We have hired one of his recommended people twice now, and they too have been excellent. Recently, we also left the freezer door open barely over night, and the fridge and freezer were warm when we woke up. Closing the door didn't seem to fix the issue and cool it, and my husband was ready to buy a new fridge. I asked Raleigh for his opinion, and he advised us to wait a few hours. Surely it worked. He saved us a lot of money. We will always call Raleigh when we need help on appliances!

Raleigh did his due diligence so he could assess the reason our ice maker was not working. He them explained our options, pros/cons, etc., and once we decided, he ordered the parts we needed and returned to install them. He was so nice and knowledgeable that he even could explain why our raised house in the Garden District had broken tiles around the refrigerator. He was impressive with his expanse of knowledge, and also very accommodating. We refer friends to him whenever we can, and we will definitely be calling him the next time we have any appliance repair needs!

The machine was not repairable, but his service was timely and professinal.
